Well Hello there! I am Brenna. And yes I live in Florida I currently do not own a DSLR camera but would absolutely love to! But before I do I want to learn more Ok way more then more... but anywho!!!! I am excited and ready to go! I am willing to take suggestions and criticism and explore the options available to me. I am currently looking into going to school for photography, yes I know nothing. BUT I want to know EVERYTHING! If you know what I mean <3 it was wedged into my head at a young age when my dear sweet science teacher said to me after showing her pictures from a field trip "Brenna you have a good eye, you should look into photography" granted that was some 13 years ago, but I like to think I take some pretty good pictures sometimes with my little digital camera without all the frills and such! So I joined this lovely forum to get ideas, pointers, a bone, biscuit? I bake good cookies Q: What would be the optimum beginner camera for someone with no knowledge but super willing to learn? I understand what you want to spend the max money on is your lens, (check 1) body is some what up for grabs. Obviously the body would be the "cheaper" end of the deal, and it gets more involved with the lens. BUT speed, the newer bodies have faster speeds, now see I love the beach, and love taking 'candid' pictures of my kiddos playing, cause thats when they are at their cutest, but to get that perfect picture id obviously need something with a pretty fast speed, right? so what would I really be looking at? OMG. Nervous! really, I am pretty quit, but I really am excited. And rather bubbly about this... for the first time ever I am finding that I really want to do something and not only do I want to do it, I want to do it correctly!!!! HELP!!!!!!
