Well, no more "hmmm?" for me, since I know now that the damage underneath my car was minor and could be fixed for only just € 15.- within 10 minutes. Good! Phew!

And I now know that DH has arrived in Texas safely (took him two whole days to finally phone me and let me know), but he now is in Illinois (Naperville, to be precise) again, but will fly home at some point in time today (1:30 p.m. --- which is 9:30 p.m. here ... now it's almost 7 p.m. so he might actually even be on his way to O'Hare just now).
