Newnan, Georgia, I assume. I used to go to a HUGE outdoor Craft Festival there every year when I lived in Atlanta (MANY years ago). It was during the summer, and was generally about 108 degrees in the shade, but it was always wonderful.
Funny, I don't remember seeing many actual BUILDINGS in Newnan back then, though...at least not anything that looked like the one in your pic! Back then, Newnan was pretty much a one-horse town. The craft fair put them on the map, and it looks like they've done right well for themselves.

This gathering is on the square, yes, in Newnan, GA. The square and courthouse went through a renovation/transformation 2 years ago. The city cut down the historic 100+ year old magnolia trees. They were massive, invasive, and hid all the buildings. I hated seeing them go, but the result is absolutely fantastic. You can actually see the courthouse now! As seen in my other thread I posted.
