The little zoo that I frequent has an anual light display. Tonight was my first visit. They display over 2 million lights :headbang: We were there for about 1.5 hours and it was only about 40F outside. brrrrrrr That's cold when you're just trying to stand still and shoot. There were so many people, that it made it hard to get any good vantage points. It was a beautiful display of lights and we hope to go back again!

This was my attemp at a holiday zoomer. 15 second exposure. I started counting down before I zoomed. Then I zoomed slowly and stopped again before the shutter closed.

WOW.
Nowhere in my country would you find this amount of colourful lights on display! Nowhere! It is just not done! Lights in the centres of towns. Yes. But not this amount. And not so many colours...

Cool!

Hard to pick a favourite one from these.
I think it might become Photo 3 with the reflections on the water.
Or Photo 2 because there are colours aplenty there plus that Santa's lLght Carriage?
Or Photo 1 because it leads us where all the "action" is?
I also like the "slow zoomer". Makes me wonder what a "fast zoomer" would have looked like.
