What's new

Hoodie: PP & CC

Well, here's my take on it. Laugh at my weak abilities to edit:
That's not bad. The bright spots are burned. He still has the tilt which could be good. It would definitely look better on the histogram but I like a darker feel, more contrast, almost that cheap HDR look.
Here is another one I took last night. I used some of the new tools I found in LR to do a lot of PP. (more on my Flickr page)

Yea, I know it has a watermark. My family throws them up all over FB. I am just dreaming of a part-time business and want some credit.

How bright do you have your viewing monitor set at? I'm looking at the histogram of my version and it still shows it as being under-exposed. I forgot to edit out the hotspot on the nose. Well, then if you like dark, here's dark. I tweaked specific settings (curves, layer blending, etc.) so the histogram was jacked all the way to the left, took some liberties with a color mood, corrected the tilt and fixed the nose (I was going to edit in a hand with a knife but I thought that may be going a tad overboard):

Yea, I think I need a better monitor. I like your edit though. It looks great on my monitor.

Funny, my wife took a similar one of me a few months back for her site, I don't have the a copy of the original pose (which looks almost identical) but here's one similar from her site: Praying | SemiSarah
