How long until it emerges as the hawk moth? Is that right, hawk moth?

How long until it emerges as the hawk moth? Is that right, hawk moth?

It will be a couple of weeks, and then a new Hawk Moth will emerge. They are also know as Hummingbird Moths, and dart around like a hummingbird, and are supposed to be good pollinators. Would love to see it emerge, or fly around the plants. The one Pentas is already showing new growth, so maybe some new flowers in a couple of weeks.

I’m still waiting for my first hummingbird moth. Thought maybe we saw one last year but it took off before we could be sure.
