Hoverdog Races | UC Davis Doxie Derby

Not looking for critique, these are just simply "just for fun" junker shots. Every year at UC Davis' Picnic Day, the Doxie Derby is held. Literally about a thousand or more people show up to watch weiner dogs with ridiculous names like Pickles or Team Pancake race down the track. The owners are usually way too into it, and the audience is just there to enjoy the hilarity of it all.

So, I snuck down onto the event floor of the stadium, and decided to snap a few with the 70-200. Poor indoor lighting meant high ISO's and marginal shutter speeds, but the hover-dog photos made it worthwhile.

So...yeah. Here you go.
