How can I make a very pure pic ( clear )?

I love the very pure pics and has a question is how they can make them. In my opinion, it's a combination from many things? Can you help me to find out. Here is an example. Thanks advance.

talent
skills
Knowledge
equipment
opportunity
situation

And 'pure' has no real meaning in photography, but having a good supply of everything on that list will allow you to make excellent pictures if you have the drive.

except for the first, everything can be learned or bought but none of those first three can be easily gotten and nothing can be substituted for another.
Without the first, you can be a reasonably good photographer, with the first you can be a great photographer.

The last three are almost incidental but, with the ignorance of the uninitiated, new people think they can buy equipment, go someplace interesting and shoot what looks good and good pictures will result.
Won't happen, except by chance.
