How can I post pictures to a thread?

I tried to find the attach button but I can't seem to find it. The computer can not be smarter than me! Help.

tags to embed your photo in the thread.

Use the above stated (or another) hosting site and click on the little mountain with the sun and insert the URL in the space that comes up.
