The lighting doesn't look particularly "special" to me. Looks like a standard shot that's been heavily photoshoped. To me, the image was "made" in post.

To me it looks like it's a good scan of a magazine or book.

Didn't see anything significant in that image. I know you didn't ask our opinion. I just sometimes think that digital technology is killing the fundamentals of photography.
To me, my pictures are good if they require little or no PP work.

looks like some type of split toning, nothing special in the lighting.
