How do I attach a photo to a thread?

Could you guys let me know how can I include a picures with my thread??

I read the FAQ and it says something about [Manage Attachments] but I cannot find that. And I don't have URL link for my phots.. they are on the hard drive..

To attach photos directly, you have to be a subscriber.

Most people upload photos to an off-site host like www.photobucket.com.
