How do I capture a frame from a video Sony HX400V

I have looked high and low and can find no tutorials or indepth instruction for the DSCHX400V. I see youtube video reviews where the mention taking a still from a video but i have tried everything and nothing seem to activate the capture. Any Input would be appreciated.

You can do this with the free VLC media player on a PC.

If you just need a frame for the net you can download the video to your PC and play it with Windows Media Player and do a PrntScr when the frame you want is playing. Then bring up WORD or some other blank page and Control V to paste the captured frame on the page.
Of course you can do it with Photoshop CC 2015 but that's 10 bucks a month......
