how do i post a picture?

How do you post a picture without having pictures uploaded on the internet, have i missed a button or something on here??

You can't.

You have to upload them somewhere (photobucket, flickr, etc...), then use the IMG tags.

Even if you could upload directly to this forum (paying members can), you still have to upload them to the internet.
