Pictures 3, 5 and 7. They are in focus, but everything else is blurry. Is this a technique? or photoprocessing?

It's both.

It's a technique that uses a rig (arm) attached to the car and the camera is mounted to that, and uses a long exposure. The camera thus moves with the car, enabling it to stay in focus. The photographer states in one of the posts in the thread that he had his rig built special by an engineer friend of his.

Post processing of the shots include cloning out any evidence of the rig itself from the shots.

This is mostly lighting and grip. Grip a rig to the car and drive real slow with long exposures. The rest of it was done with a softbox, you can see in the paint.

It's very difficult to get the reflections on the car correct if you try to composite it together in PS.

Yes, it could be done that way, but it wouldn't look as good, nor be as easy to do, as with a camera rig attached to the car that is edited out of the shot post process.
