How do you get this effect?

I'm currently practicing on a T3i, and I use photoshop CS5, I was wondering how you would achieve this effect? it reminds me alot of my LC-A+ analog camera ?

It seems to be cross processing and/or lomo effect

Shifted whites, vignettes, desaturation.

Or you could just buy the photoshop action set they used and have your stuff look just like theirs.
