How do you import RAW presets, anyone?

I have these RAW presets that i want to use with my CS4 but i simply dont know how to make them work. The file format is xmp. Thanks.

Go here, scroll down to the free downloads to "Presets For Camera Raw":

Downloads - onOne Software

Follow the instructions for installing those presets manually to install yours in the right folder.

Save it and open the Read Me file?

Maybe it was one of the other free downloads on that page where I saw the manual upload instructions.

On the presets tab pick the settings button in the top right corner (looks like lines and dots). Scroll down to load settings. Browse it to where you've got them stored.
