4 CF cards; two 16GB Lexar 1000x, one 16GB Sandisk Extreme, one 8GB Sandisk Extreme

3 class 10 SD cards; all Sandisk Extreme 16GB.

2x4gig 30 MB/secs CF cards. That's more than enough for me.

(plus, I've only got two CF card holders in my photo ruck sack LOL)

Oh, Lordy. I have a slew of 4G's. probably 5 or 6 8G and 4 16G. I think I have a couple of old 256's somewhere too! Maybe somewhere between 20 & 25.
In SD cards I have 4-GOOD 16G. I buy the 4g cheap kingstons whenever I order anything so that I can send them to the school. Invariably then don't come back. So for less than $3 I don't care where it goes.

Just one. A whopping 256 MB CF card. Ya, seriously.

Back in 2005, I was shooting sports assignments for a couple of local-area weekly papers. One night, the HS football playoff game was being covered by one of my long-time "idols". We talked a bit, and at halftime we compared notes. He was shooting Nikon D1h at the time. He said he had made three good pictures of the first half, one of each touchdown, plus two other "maybe's". He said his card was almost full, and that he was going to go to switch to his "big card". I asked what he normally shot with...he said "256's". I asked how many shots he had taken during the first half, and he said, "twenty two or twenty three frames."

Actually, for the number of photos I can shoot in my 6.3mp camera (~25 in RAW), using the 256MB card is a lot like shooting a single roll of film. I tend to shoot more selectively and carefully.

Just three, I think (they are easy to lose track of) - a 16gb for the T2i, a 4 gb for the G11 and a spare 8 gb.
