Thank you guys. Frequency, it does have a mysterious feel to it doesn't it. It isn't a memorial or anything else but a flat patch of grass and trees. Seems like the perfect place for kids to play.

We had a park like this next to my old house. It had a sign listing so many prohibited activities, we used to joke that it should just say "No fun allowed"; basically what this sign is saying.

This reminds me of a "Pregnant Mothers Parking" sign at a local supermarket near my house. The irony is, it's not particularly close to the store. It's about half way down a parking row.
