If you do not want to or can't remove something then you can select it and choose the remove color tool. It will still be there but much less demanding of attention. I use it to remove bright colorful distractions. Try it and see how you like it.

That being said, I was out shooting graffiti yesterday and I framed up (what I thought was) a good shot and took a few, then walked away, walking back, I spotted a used condom on the ground right in the middle of the frame

Wouldn't have been bad to remove in post, I wasn't about to move it IRL.:thumbdown:

Thankfully none of the photos with the condom turned out so I didn't have to remove it in any way.
