The dude agreed to certain terms and conditions when he joined. Today. His first post was to break those T&Cs.

Ya the "dude" agreed to not steal any images and claim them as his own. Please find in the rules where it says you can not post a interesting photo and ask how the achieved it. I would love to see that rule.
