I posted a link to the video. I did not post the video and claim it as my own.

The OP could have posted a link to the photo and that would have been fine. He posted the photo directly and not a link.

We're not actually making these rules up. These are the rules this forum works under. Nobody gets banned for doing it straight off, they just get the rules pointed out to them and life goes on.

I can't even tell if you're complaining about:

- the rules the forum works under
- the fact that members point out the rules to newbies
- some other random thing
