How to keep track of multiple clients in one sitting?

Hi everyone. I am doing a charity event for the Ronald McDonald House where they have Santa coming and they will have lots of different families coming. Is there anyway to keep track of who is who with their e-mail address? I don't have a laptop, but I do have an ipad. Are there anyway to keep track of these?

Have them write it with a sharpie on an index card, photograph that before you photograph them. Rinse and repeat. [emoji16]

I have a helper at the door with a form; they write in name, address, tel #, e-mail, etc. I also include some descriptive details; clothing colour, hair colour or something in case things get out of sync, you've got a way of sorting it out. That person also writes the person's sequential number on a piece of paper and it's the first photograph of the session.
