Seems like an interesting project. Sponsored by HP. Submitter will still own the copyright, but give Hype project the right to use material to promote the project before/during/afterwards. Further use will be negotiated.
The only limit I saw was the image had to be inspired by the letters H and P or a word with H and P in it
