I guess I have a problem in general w/ people feeling entitlement w/ services. lol
Everyone wants to think they deserve the better deal. Not to throw your thread off.....
but I work in childcare.......people are constantly thinking they can brake the rules of our service and not have to pay for them. We always get the pitty me look when they are charged extra for extra service. And it's usually from the people that have the most money....lol Sorry for the rant.

She mentioned me "shooting" her kids birthday party. I adamantly denied this because I am not interested in this kind of photography. I told her that my candids at a birthday party would look the same as hers. I just don't want to do it. Well, the other day she says, "I think I'm going to let you shoot his birthday party". I just wanted to say, um I didn't offer.

Memorize this phrase,

"Sure, no problem, I can do that. After all, it's only money."

Then tell them how much money, and watch their eyes get real big when they glom to the fact it's their money you're talking about.
