Flighty little critters ain't they, I think you did well to get the image, I like the pose.
On my monitor,looks a tad overexposed.

The focus and exposure seem a little off, but that is easy to fix with practice. I like the composition and framing, it's just a few of the technical aspects that need a little attention. Keep up the good work.
