Wonderful tones and texture.

Whenever I see the photos you take in abandoned houses, I wonder about the smell you encounter in those. I guess, in some it is quite bad?

Nice! My parents had a typewriter that may have been almost as old; it was a Royal. I like the way it seems to blend with the wall and shelf even though the shapes and textures are different. The toning is good too - is this browner than your usual or is it just the subject matter that makes it look different?

So far, only one house stank... which is surprising considering that abandoned houses are usually winter shelters for some animals like foxes, stray dogs, and such. I hope the streak continues!

Yes. I haven't used sepia toning for a while, but in general my sepias are kind of desaturated. I just thought that this image needed these tones

Thanks, daarksun! I'm all for bringing out the textures, but not when the toning is sepia... Just my taste, I guess...
