Sorry, to me most of them just look like regular snapshots that you tried to put special effects on. Photoshop can only enhance what's there, it can't make an ordinary picture great.

As for the editing itself (were it applied to stronger images) the colors are off on several of them. I understand being artistic but green is seldom a good look for people.

Keep working on it and study up on lighting, composition, posing.... Make your photography strong and then start learning about more creative editing.
