Pork chop cut into strips
Broccoli tops blanched in boiling water
Celery, mushrooms, onions & peppers cut up.
Bean sprouts.
A large skillet or wok @ medium high heat, a little vegetable oil & brown the pork on both sides. Add the vegetables but not the sprouts to cook, lightly tossing all the time until wilted. Add the sprouts, mix in & cook about a minute. Be careful not to overcook.
