Will a Sigma 28-80mm F3.5-5.6 Minizoom Macro lens fit a pentax k1000? I am looking at one on ebay and the auction has three hours left. Thanks.

Why don't you post a link so we can look at it? Usually Sigma lenses are made for specific brands, so the ad really should specify what mount it has.

Wait never mind, I think I found it, and it does specify Pentax, but you're not sure about your specific Pentax... if this is the one you're looking at:

Yeah, the lens is going to either be built for a specific mount or you will need to purchase an adapter.

the description says clearly fits ANY Pentax Auto Focus/Manual Focus body. Looks like a bargain, it has a plastic mount though :?
