I need constructive criticism on photo

Personally i like these type of portrait shots, but for my money i would have put the girl a bit more to the right looking into the frame, the lens flare is a nice touch for this type of shot, but having it overlapping the subject is way too distracting for me, i can't concentrate on the subject.
