I need help going forward from LTR. V.4

I need some help, suggestions please. I have been using LTR from its inception. I currently using V.4 running on OIS El Capitan. I just discovered that the option to buy a Perpetual License for an Upgrade is out of the questions.

No, no I am not willing to buy a reverse Annuity to have Adobe as the beneficiary. I tend to use LTR mostly as a DAM. I tweek the Develp module just to do some small stuff. I usually do very little Post production work.

I have found some alternatives to LTR (Perpetual licences) but either they lack DAM or editing ability. Any recommendations. My budget is below Capt 1 = $300 now.

At this point, it would be useless trying to upgrade to LTR V.6, since it would not be supported by Mojave 10.14, unless of course I buy an Annuity for Adobe. I am open for Constructive suggestions Thanks

Yes I am thinking about staying put. I might upgrade up to High Sierra and stay put. If I upgrade to Mojave I would need to replace a lot of my Apps and peripherals
