Anyone know where to get inexpensive website help? I don't need anything fancy, but I bought my site and have done NOTHING with it...

Anyone know somoene who is starting out in web design and might just want a link/mention on the main page?

I don't quite get it, you bought a site layout already, what do you still need done?

Most of the stuff you can do yourself though, just google around for a bit.

I dont like the layout, and as you can tell, I cannot get it to work!

i have taken a number of webdesign calsses but i dont have the software to help you or else i would...do you have any programs that you used for this site? where did you get it from?

No I don't. I don't want to keep this site as it is. Pretend it's a clean slate...

I just want something simple and elegant, nothing fancy really.... but don't know where to begin!

normally the people you buy it from set it up for you. or at least help you with it. ask them?

I guess I am not being clear. I know how to program and set it up. I need help with DESIGNING one.

I'm lost here ... you know how to program and set up what exactly? As I understand you need help with layout and design but know how to code php and scripts and stuff, right?

My husband is a web developer just starting out. If you want I can have him contact you with some of the stuff he's done. He built my website and three others for some other folks we know. He's very open to ideas, and likes clean designs. Just let me know....send me a PM we'd be really happy to help.
