I want some hardcore critique.

I would have cropped a bit tighter on the bottle, directed the light on the pill more towards the center of it as opposed to the left. Also i think the mound could be a better texture.

Can anyone do a quick photoshop and "fix" this photo? Id be interested to see the actual difference some of these suggestions would make.

I tried a little earlier, but it isn't really fixable. Best thing to do is reshoot with proper lighting. And not blow out highlights.
