This is one of two lenses I was sure someone was going to say.

I was going to make it my pick actually, but didnt since it isnt out yet. The lens does exist though, even if its only a protoytpe.

Now that they are releasing new versions of all the big boys, they are going to leave Nikon in the dust.

That is unless Nikon starts releasing new ones that are even better...

Other than that I drool over the Canon 300mm f2.8 IS L - and now there is an M2 - well - 300mm f2.8 IS L M2 and I'd be a very happy chap!

Ya I think the 300 mk II will be $7,000. Thats not exactly pocket change to most people.

For that price I would just get the 200 f/2 and have almost 2k left over.

Plus thats the lens that I really want, because I love OOF backgrounds so much. Some of the shots I have seen from it are unbelieveable.

I could probably buy one if I was to sell all of my other lenses lol...
