OH sorry, one more thing
When im going into the city, i want to get a picture at night, in time square, still buildings, and than with a shutter of 8"? Would that make like(I dont know what its called if you know can you tell me? xD ) Like the lights of the cars drag past because of the motion and the buildings are still with their light?
My cousin explained this to me, but if someone could enlighten me a little more i would greatly appreciate it
Thanks
Anthony

For shooting at night and to get what your asking for...

You would need to get a Tripod, and set your shutter speed to "8 (Use the self timer(or shutter release if you have one) on your camera to prevent shake and blur.

The must NEED thing for shots like that would be a tripod !

Your shots are underexposed. I played around with the first, but the rest were too noisy when I tried to lighten them (noise is my downfall, I'm pretty bad at fixing it!)

Anyway, here's my edit of your first shot to lighten it!

Thanks haha
Its hard to get pictures of him
Hes an 87pounds pitbull, boxer mix
Hes terrified, and i mean TERRIFIED of the tripod, he runs if i poke it
He looks so threatening, hes a big mush : )
XD
Thanks
Anthony

Sorry but
Alsoo are their any off camera flashes i can buy for maybe 50$ or under?
I dont need anything like super duper
Just something to get a minor job done from bouncing some light
Thanks!
Anthony

And another question..
i went to take pictures of the snow today, and really couldnt get any shots to my liking
Could someone reccomend me specific settings or tips for snow shooting?
Thanks,
Anthony

Pitbull and boxer, the best of both worlds.

Tripod is a must for outdoor shots at night unless there is a LOT of lighting or you have a fast lens (50mm 1.8)

I dont mean to be irritating with my constant asks for some feedback, but i was sitting there today, and just snapped these pictures and i really like them, despite the drop of soda on top and the dent in the can, i think everything else came out pretty darn good
But i want some other opinions, or things i can improve on
Thanks
Anthony

I think the items in the background really ruin the first soda can picture for me. I found myself thinking "What is that yellow thing?" The second one is ok from my personal taste point of view..better if i liked Dr. Pepper!

I was thinking that too when i was posting it!
I kniw it would be a problem, hah i knew someone was gunna mention it and your absolutely right
Sadly that was the last 2 cans of diet dr pepper and are now in the recycle :(
Yeah, thats an eyesore
Thanks alot for your input, im gunna make sure i have solid backgrounds when i get more dr pepper xD

To me, there is some good sharpness within the pictures but it seems the trend is underexposing so maybe slow down the shutter speed, especially with the stationary items like the cans. Also, it seems the picture could benefit from rotating down and right just a bit or it could just be my tired eyes tonight!

BTW, I love Dr. Pepper - I have my regular one right at my side as I type!

Like what Karri said how its underexposed.

I ran it through CS5 just to bring the levels up a little.
