Try shooting it again on white card with a low angled light should be able to get some nice shadows from the teeth

Funny you should say that, as I was attempting to eliminate shadows but missed on the top two teeth. I was trying to keep the profile of the teeth minimized by shooting straight on & lighting to eliminate the shadows so that the shot could be used as a whatsit. It turned out way to identifiable for a mystery shot.
