Your crop is way too loose. Crop out the power lines bring the subject in closer and keep the defenseman in the shot. Try a panning shot to show speed with the player and the ball, it will also blur the background. Don't plant yourself, move up and down the field with the action that way you are always ready to catch that shin shattering kick.

Okay, I cropped the first one if you look back up there. It does look a lot better. I included a couple more that I like.

3. I realize this picture is SUPER blurry! I just love the shot. I don't know why it was blurry other than I probably wasn't staying still. That's the toughest for me because I get SO excited out there!

Crop tighter. Bring it down some more on the top. Balance it with the bottom. It looks to be that you might want to bump up your shutter speed and buy a mono-pod to keep your camera shake free.

Don't get hung up on your blurry shots, you can shoot better then that
