Im having problems with my camera, need help please!

Awright I have a Minolta Maxxum 300si, and I bought some film and everything but I cant seem to put the film right and all, so I watched a vedio of how to put film and apparently it doesn't look like I put it right or I am guessing it's missing some little parts. Help please!!! I am desperately in using my camera, how do I put this film in it >.<

The biggest issue many times is not pulling the film leader far enough "over", so that it engages.
