Very nice shots.

I must say, I really like the first one. The composition is really strong, and the lines created by the edge of the pond lead my eye in nicely! Colours are rich and realistic, and the whole image is nice and sharp.

The third one is also nice, but for me I think it needs something to lead the eye into the shot? perhaps a line of foot steps leading through the snow towards the house? This may also add some interest to the snowy foreground itself as well. Just my thoughts

Oh man, that view is so beautiful it almost doesn't look real! I really love the composition of that first one, with the reeds in the foreground, the great reflection in the water, and the lovely cloud action above the red barns.
