In need of constructive criticism

Hey guys, I've been in the hobby for just over a year and I'd like to see some things I need to improve on.
any criticisms are welcome!

I mostly enjoy street/candid but I've gotten into HDR recently and its alot of fun!

If you number them it's easier for people to critique specific images.

The third one is pretty crooked, but overall these are better than many of the first posts we see.

.....and right in the middle is that Very Cool staircase image.....Love that one.
Yeah the bright spots are blown...don't really care...very cool shot.
Work on your framing and setting up your shots so you are using the light to your advantage.

The Beginner's forum description was changed, and hasn't been a C&C or photo sharing section for several weeks now.

The most important aspect of a good photographer is to see things with a different perspective; the rest of things are technical, which can be developed in the due course.... and in this respect, i must say you are a good photographer in the becoming ...

Thanks for all the advice guys, really appreciate it.
In terms of framing, how should I be framing better? straightening and stuff is not a problem but with candids, its hard to take my time with it.

anyone have tips on getting better candids or being less creepy? haha
