In the market in Marrakesh

Another awesome photo =]

You'd be surprised how much a bit of PS makes up for Mother Nature's not caring about where I want the light.
Thanks, Mike.

Ha yeah, mother nature does have a habit of pleasing herself :allteeth:

It has good lead in lines to the guy at the back tho.

I thought, this picture seems familiar to me, I saw it here sometime last year, last month I also saw a photo with horses etc., which has been shown on this forum before. Perhaps a problem for more people that are active in different forums. Create a TPF folder on your computer with all uploaded images for this forum, problem solved.

Really, perhaps you could point out where you saw it?
I edited the raw photo yesterday, perhaps I have another version somewhere.

Nice, interesting shot. How's the food over there? Is there a staple?

Lots of middle East food, grains, veggies and chicken or mutton virtually always slow cooked in a tagine.
After 12 days of quite similar food, I would have killed for a pizza and beer.
Bread came with every meal, but wasn't treated as I would treat food.
(forgive the fuzziness. shot from the hip. pictures are not allowed.)

a paella -like meal always cooked in a tagine (see below).

Any roadside restaurant will have a row of crockery tagines with different combinations of veggies and meats.

Another winner, Lew. Great angle on that first shot, and good use of DOF with the lines of melons and trees. Great catch
