I think you mastered the flowers. I agree on the crop 4.5 makes it large and forward and certainly deserves to dominate the frame IMO. Truly a lovely shot and processing.

Hi, although I really like the closer crop. Well I think I wanted the flowers to have space from the viewer, Thanks all of you for the great way I am treated on TPF.
Been doing 6 photos a day for 3 months. I feel that volume really strengthens your work. The old adage. If you want to be a good photographer, take 10,000 pictures
really has merit. Later Ed

I agree with both points of view, what about the closer crop and a float mount with a mat and a fillet to give them the space. I always use museum glass to prevent any UV light penetration that will damage them over time too.
You could double mat them with a 1/16th or 1/8th reveal of a mat that matches the yellow of the stamens.
