Really nice shots, but a little high on the contrast.
You need to be able to see a little more detail in the buildings and the trains, and not have the sky be overpoweringly white.
I think the first one is great though. Contrasty or not. Really great mood.

You are definitely on to something! The forms in "industrial" photos can be very beautiful. I feel a little jipped by not seeing more shadow detail.
