Inganess Beach

Recently I had a short trip to Orkney, and managed to revisit a beach I'd been to on previous trips. This particular beach captured my imagination, as the wreck of a ship (I think it was called the Juniata) is very close to shore. There are frequently swimmers who will don wetsuits and take a swim out.

Despite having visited before, I wasn't quite able to capture a decent shot of it on my previous jaunts up there, so was delighted to get some good weather, and have the opportunity to revisit the place.

Orkney is ace. My first days work when I left school was up there. I also experienced another first up there but I'll not go into that
