Ingesting Images on Windows

I am looking for a fast, flexible way to ingest images onto my PC without having to use something like Lightroom, PhotoMechanic or darktable. I used Image Ingester Pro a long time ago, but it seems to no longer exist. I am looking for something with flexible workflow including selection of file location and backups. Rapid Photo Downloader seems like it would be a good option, but it is only available on Linux.

Does anyone have an suggestions for an alternative to Rapid Photo Downloader that will run on Windows 10?
