Are those intentional blurred people? That one on the center left looks like a ghost!!

This was an HDR photo. The lighting was very dark. It is a an old church and they have a few lights in the church. The other light source is the doors being open. When I shot this I had to use a tripod and longer shutter time to get more detail in the shot and that caused the ghosting and blurred people. Sometimes I can mask it out but, in this case I could not but, it actually gives it a cool look IMO.
