Okay so
Who has it?
How does it affect you?
How do you deal?
Do you take meds for it?


It keeps me from falling asleep. It is literally impossible for me to fall asleep before midnight, unless I had absolutely no sleep the night before. Even I get only 4 hours sleep the night before, I still have problems falling asleep the next night.
It seems the only way I can actually get a sufficient amount of sleep is to stay up as late as I can before I am simply tired enough to fall asleep,
then sleep as late as I can.
Although my wonderful internal alarm clock keeps waking me up at 11:30.

It makes working early in the morning a pain. I hate being tired.
 
I used to have problems getting to sleep. Started yoga a few months ago and it has helped immensely, being able to switch off the body in stages then the mind. Were as before i was trying to switch off the mind first and that just doesnt work.

Also helps not to be staring at a computer screen/tv late at night. The artificial light hinders relaxation and rest.
