#2 more than #1 because in #2 there is a clear center of interest.

In $1 there are two things that draw my eye and no indication which one is more important.

To place your main object between some blurred objects is a bad idea...eyes will be disturbed and would show reluctance to enter into

And I can see in number 2 that your body is there! Techniques like these are good for self portraits
