Can others edit my Photos

I took this photo from my apartment, i'm pissed because i couldn't get on the roof of the building but i'm quite pleased with what i got.

Nothing to be unhappy about from what I can tell. I'm not sure how much the shot would have changed with a higher vantage point anyway.
