I don't see anything in the processing, good tonal range. The only objectionable thing might be the angle you took the shot is causing me to want to straighten the image, though I know it's the perspective causing it.

Overall, the conversion is spot-on; the whites of the gentleman's clothing do seem a bit 'off', but nothing major.

This is very nice. If it was my shot, I'd tighten it up a bit, crop in from the right to nearly a square format eliminating the far right chair (to about the edge of the window. Maybe a bit off the stop ... I'd darken it up a tad ... just a tad ... but not the face. The image is a touch too contrasty (at least on my monitor and to my eye).

I think it is a truthful image representing a moment in today's life. If it wasn't for the phone, it could have been from several decades earlier. Very good. Personally, I like a bit darker shadows to add some contrast, so that would be my edit ( if I did one differently ). At first, I thought I might have cropped a little tighter, but stepping back and looking at it, I think it gives a little more distance from the subject and makes the " unaware of being watched " facet to the story more prominent.
